Welcome to the Montville High School Alumni Association web site. This statement has been made available so that our visitors may understand our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Privacy
The MHSAA web site does not collect any personal identifying information about you unless you specifically and knowingly provide such information. In addition to any information you choose to provide, we gather certain information to help us evaluate our site and determine how it is used. For instance, our web server automatically collects your IP address (unique identifier, which is a standard policy of all web sites), and certain other related information. We also collect aggregate information about user visits, such as when our site is most frequently visited and what particular areas of the site are accessed.

Solicitation
The Montville High School Alumni Association is not involved with any fundraising solicitation for Montville High School by phone. If you are contacted by phone, please obtain the person's name, phone number, organization name and the address of the organization or person. You should also ask the caller how they obtained your name and phone number. As with any situation involving a credit card, do not give credit card information over the phone unless you are absolutely sure you know who you are giving it to. You should always request something in writing.
